1. Who we are
Wire Frame Web ("we", "us", "our") is a design, technology and AI studio serving clients from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh and Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We operate the website wireframeweb.in (the "Website").
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit the Website, contact us, or work with us. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them. For the purposes of the DPDP Act, we are the "Data Fiduciary" for the data described here.
2. Personal data we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our services:
- Enquiry details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, city, the service you are interested in, budget range and project details, when you use our contact form, WhatsApp, email or phone.
- Client project information: business details, content, brand assets, logins or access you choose to share, and billing information (such as GSTIN and billing address) when you become a client.
- Technical data: standard server logs created when you load the Website, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested and the date and time of the request.
We do not ask for sensitive data such as passwords to your personal accounts, bank card numbers or government ID numbers through the Website, and we ask that you do not send them to us through the contact form.
3. How our contact form works
Our contact form does not store your details on our servers. When you press "Send via WhatsApp" or "Send via email", the form prepares a message on your device and opens WhatsApp or your email app. Your details are only sent to us when you choose to send that message. From then on, the message is also handled under the privacy terms of WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider.
4. How we use your data
We use personal data for these purposes, based on your consent or for the legitimate uses permitted under the DPDP Act:
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals and quotes.
- To deliver, support and invoice the services you engage us for.
- To keep the Website secure, prevent misuse and fix technical problems.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, such as GST records.
- To send occasional updates about our services, only where you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
7. Data we process for clients
When we build websites, apps or AI solutions, we may process data belonging to our clients' customers, such as data in a CRM, documents used to train a knowledge assistant, or chatbot conversations. In those cases our client is the Data Fiduciary and we act as their Data Processor. We process that data only on the client's instructions and under our written agreement with them, and we do not use it to train models for anyone else.
8. How long we keep data
- Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client project data: for the length of the project and any support period, then deleted or returned on request.
- Invoices and financial records: for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require (usually 8 years).
- Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for a short period for security purposes.
9. How we protect data
We use reasonable security safeguards, including HTTPS encryption on the Website, access controls, strong passwords and two-factor authentication on our business accounts, and limiting access to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, but if a personal data breach affects you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Act requires.
10. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- Get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Ask us to correct, complete or update your data.
- Ask us to erase your data when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it.

- Have your grievances addressed by us, and then by the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied.
To use any of these rights, email info@wireframeweb.in from the email address or phone number you used with us. We will reply within 30 days.
